Description –
• Experienced Contract drafting, negotiations with 10-15 years of strong background in IT/ ITES/ Services
• Experience in end to end contract management activities of ITES services
• Experience in handling Contract management tools (CLM)
• Experience with MSAs, SAAS Agreements, Licensing Agreements, Reseller Agreements, Vendor Contracts.
• Experience with Corporate Litigation, In house legal obligations in relation to labor laws, HR related legal queries, Adhoc queries fromBusiness
• Experience in Corporate compliance including but not limited to Data Privacy/ Export control.
• Clear understanding of IT legal principles.
Soft Skills :
• Experience in working effectively across cultures in Philippines, India, and the United States
• Strong computer skills as well as excellent organization and time management skills
• Ability to work closely with managers, mortgage loan originators, and compliance personnel
• Proficient problem solver
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Eagerness to learn
Technical Skills:
Intermediate to Expert level proficiency of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
