We at Ambuja Neotia are hiring for Legal in Litigation will be responsible for overseeing and managing all litigation-related matters within the company. This role requires a deep understanding of real estate law and litigation processes, as well as the ability to provide strategic legal guidance and support in resolving disputes and managing legal risks.

Key Responsibilities:
• Litigation Management:
• Lead and manage all litigation matters, including drafting and reviewing pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
• Coordinate with external counsel on litigation strategy, case management, and settlement negotiations.
• Monitor and manage ongoing litigation cases, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
• Legal Strategy and Advice:
• Provide legal advice and guidance on real estate transactions, property disputes, regulatory compliance, and other legal matters.
• Develop and implement strategies to minimize legal risks and enhance the company’s legal position in litigation matters.
• Documentation and Compliance:
• Review and draft contracts, agreements, and other legal documents related to real estate transactions and disputes.
• Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
• Stakeholder Management:
• Collaborate with internal teams, including project managers, finance, and compliance
