Looking for candidate with previous capital market experience gain in broking firm/law firm/bank/shared services/corporate or in house
Law graduate from reputed University with 2/3 years of experience. LLM will be added qualification
Good knowledge and understanding of civil and criminal laws including Companies act, SEBI, capital markets, RBI regulations, NBFC, HFC, Insurance, arbitration, consumer, contract, labor, negotiable instrument act
Should able to draft, vet, review and negotiate various legal and commercial contract, letters, notices, replies etc
Excellent interpersonal skills
Excellent oral and written communication skills
A team player approach to achieve shared business
Excellent Computer literacy
