Key Skills and Qualifications:
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB); Master’s degree or Juris Doctor (JD) preferred.
• Experience: 5-10 years of experience in a legal role, with at least 3 years in a managerial position.
• Legal Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of corporate law, contract law, employment law, intellectual property law, and regulatory compliance.
• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Negotiation Skills: Proficiency in negotiation and conflict resolution.
• Leadership: Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ethical Judgment: Strong sense of ethics and integrity.
