Scope of Work:
T.P.L. Global, LLC is seeking a motivated and experienced Attorney who can assist with U.S. immigration law matters.
The ideal candidate will assist the attorney with the preparation of Family Petition, U-Visa, Asylum, Naturalization, and other immigration cases for filing with USCIS and EOIR.
Key Responsibilities Include:
• Conduct client intakes
• Gather all required documents and evidence from clients
• Draft applications and petitions
• Organize final application packages
• General administrative support as required
Qualifications:
T.P.L. Global, LLC is seeking an experienced attorney who can help prepare U.S. immigration law cases.
The ideal candidate must be consistently motivated, detail-oriented, deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced high-pressure environment, and fluently speak, read, and write in English.
A law degree is not required, but the candidate must quickly develop the relevant skills and knowledge to effectively complete the assigned responsibilities.
Additionally, we require:
• Displays professionalism, quality service, and a 'can do' attitude both within the Firm and with the Firm's clients
• BUILDS KNOWLEDGE OF THE FIRM AND CLIENT PROCESSES
• DEMONSTRATES ATTENTION TO DETAIL AND ACHIEVES HIGH LEVEL OF PRODUCTIVITY
• MULTITASKS IN A FAST-PACED ENVIRONMENT WITH COMPETING DEMANDS
• MEETS ASSIGNED DEADLINES
• COMMUNICATES PROFESSIONALLY, EFFECTIVELY, AND ACCURATELY WITH THE ATTORNEY AND WITH THE FIRM'S CLIENTS
• DEMONSTRATES FLEXIBILITY AND INITIATIVE
Working Hours:
The position will be for the night shift, filled from Monday-Saturday.

Job description
Prepare for all types of legal case filling, daily attendance in court, attendance in all hearings, collection of summons, Bailable warrant, Non-Bailable warrant, and process etc.. Update to stage etc.
- Drafting and submitting all court cases to our lawyers and getting final submission done in courts.
- Handle all legal matters-criminal or civil with third parties and advice management in decision making process for settlement of disputes or taking legal action. With: sub brokers/branches/HO office clients.
- Liasoning with external regulators and advisors such as lawyer and HOD of companies etc.
- Legal issues involved in labour laws and handling legal issues of labour and unions at company.
- Prepare civil notice and cases civil suits / execution pititions and filling in various courts and proceeding daily time to time.
• Salary: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
