Job Description
We are looking for Junior Legal Officers for Finance sector.
Experience : 2 to 3yrs
Location : Goregaon, Mumbai
JD for legal Associate's role
Please find below the JD:
1.Data extraction from Scan documents in Servo Streams, MCA site (Ministry of
Corporate Affairs) for issuance of 13 (2) notices & IBC notices ( facility details,
property description, addresses of Borrowers / Guarantors etc)
2.Updating Review sheet Regularly
3.Updating LLMS Regularly
4.Preparing Data Sheets required for submitting to Rating Agency
5.Preparing monthly Data Sheets / MIS to be submitted to ED & CEO
6.Maintaining OTS Data Sheet, ensuring for issuance of NDC & closing of account,
handing over of original documents.
7.Drafting of mails, Replies to Advocates, Officers etc
8.Work of calling of untouched cases and for legal work
A bit experienced candidate will also be required to do following:
1.Maintaining Followup Sheet of on going matters in Court
2.Vetting of drafts received from Officers and Advocates of OA, CMM Applications,
Appeals etc.
3.Drafting Letters and mails of followup to Assignors, Officers etc.
4.Preparing 13 (2) Notices, Preparing Replies to Objections received to 13 (2) Notices
5.Drafting Preparing PPTs as and when required
