Conduct monthly site visits to all Jaipur projects to ensure statutory and legal compliances.Coordinate and conduct monthly compliance meetings for under-construction and post-construction projects with internal and external stakeholders.Prepare and maintain a compliance tracker for all under-construction and post-construction projects at Jaipur location.Prepare and maintain MIS related to NOCs and statutory approvals for Jaipur projects.Follow up and coordinate with authorities and internal teams for resolution of non-compliance issues and closure of statutory observations.Support management in obtaining timely statutory approvals and clearances as required.What are we
