What We Are Looking For:
- Strong understanding of Goa state real estate laws, regulations, and industry practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder management.
- Strong organizational and project management skills with a high level of attention to detail.
- Ability to analyze complex legal and regulatory issues and provide clear, actionable recommendations.
- Experience drafting various legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and reports.
- Proven ability to coordinate with regulatory agencies and ensure compliance with real estate development projects.
- Capability to monitor and report on compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
- Experience in handling litigation, court proceedings, and managing legal risks associated with real estate projects.
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) or equivalent, with at least 4 years of experience in a legal or compliance role, ideally within the real estate sector.
