1. Knowledge of trade mark journals opposition
2. Knowledge of Affidavits u/s 45 etc.
3. Expertise in trade mark search, registration procedure
4. Well versed in data management
5. Deep knowledge of Trade Mark and IP
6. Rectification Proceedings
7. Injunction Matters
8. Cease & desist notice drafting
• Salary: ₹300,000.00 - ₹480,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Day shift
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Ahmedabad, Ahmedabad, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
• Experience:
- total work: 3 years (preferred)
