Qualifications And Skills
• LLB degree must
• Legal research: Ability to conduct thorough legal research to support case preparation and decision-making (Mandatory skill)
• Document drafting: Expertise in drafting various legal documents accurately and efficiently (Mandatory skill)
• Legal writing: Proficiency in writing detailed and precise legal documents, briefs, and reports (Mandatory skill)
• Case management: Competence in managing multiple legal cases simultaneously, ensuring timely progress and updates
• Client communication: Skillful in communicating with clients, understanding their needs, and providing legal guidance
• Legal analysis: Strong analytical skills to interpret laws, regulations, and case precedents relevant to the transformer industry
• Court case handling: Experience in preparing for and handling court cases, including presenting evidence and arguments
Roles And Responsibilities
• Conduct legal research to support company decisions and case preparation
• Draft various legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and legal correspondence
• Provide legal writing expertise in the creation of briefs, reports, and legal opinions
• Manage multiple legal cases, ensuring timely progression and resolution
• Communicate effectively with clients, providing them with accurate legal advice and updates
• Analyze laws, regulations, and case precedents to provide informed legal advice to the company
• Prepare for and handle court cases, including gathering evidence and presenting arguments
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure compliance with legal requirements and regulations
