We are looking for Qualified 12th Pass / Graduates having minimum 0-1 year experience for our company based in Gurgaon with an This position requires managing and supporting projects across the full range of subject matter supported by our legal team.
Job Title: Customer Care Executive
Roles & Responsibilities
Sell by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects - recommending solutions
Maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance - researching and recommending new service improvements
Maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards
Maintain professional knowledge by attending workshops, reviewing related publications, establishing personal networks, benchmarking state-of-the-art practices, participating in relevant forums
Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
Required Skills:
Minimum 0-1 year experience in tele-calling with proven track record
Good communication & networking skills, written and verbal, keen attention to detail
Ability to multi-task and prioritize workload
Self-starter – demonstrates good use of initiative with an enquiring/questioning nature
Exceptional organizational skills & excellent team player
Appreciation for cultural differences within a multinational firm
A good team player and a strong professional, capable of working with junior as well as senior staff
Ability to independently manage issues
Good oral communication skills; excellent judgment; business sense; high standards of ethics, honesty, and integrity
Understanding of business goals and customer-focused
