Experience Required (PQE): 3–4 years.

• Direct Tax Advisory on M&A Transactions
• Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A)

Eligibility Criteria
• PQE of 3–4 years.
• Experience in direct tax litigation and advisory on M&A transactions.
• Preference for candidates holding both CA and lawyer qualifications.

Key Responsibilities
• Handle direct tax litigation matters.
• Provide direct tax advisory related to M&A transactions.
