Responsibilities
• As a legal recruiter, his/her job is to attract talented lawyers and other legal staff, such as paralegals, legal assistants, and mediators or arbitrators, to fill Client vacancies.
• To assess, project, and determine hiring needs and create a recruiting process that meets the clients' business strategies.
