About the Position
We are seeking a Legal Recruitment and Search Consultant to join our team. This is a 360 degree role, where you will be working with both clients and candidates. In the role, you will be acting for a variety of top-tier, international, mid-tier and specialist law firms across Australia and helping them fill their recruitment needs for lawyers at all levels. You will also recruit for some in-house lawyer roles and overseas lawyer positions.
About You
You are an experienced legal recruitment and/or search consultant looking to join one of the top specialist legal search agencies in Australia.
We will also consider lawyers in Australia who have decided that practicing law is not for them, but still want to use their legal knowledge and experience in an adjacent industry.
In both scenarios, you will have a passion for providing excellent customer service, enjoy talking to and meeting people, and forming long term relationships with clients and candidates.
Qualifications
We are seeking someone with:
Post-secondary education, ideally in law.
Previous experience as a legal recruiter or practicing as a lawyer in Australia.
Able to work both autonomously and as part of a team.
Solutions focused with a sense of humour.
