About the Opportunity:
The DPIIT-IPR Chair at HNLU invites applications for two Research Assistant positions under the SPRIHA (Scheme of the Department for Promotion of Industry and Internal Trade). This is a unique opportunity to contribute to the field of Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) and be part of a prestigious academic institution.
Eligibility:
• Candidates must possess an LL.M. degree with a specialization in IP or experience in the field of IPR, with at least 60% marks or an equivalent grade from a recognized university or an accredited foreign institution.
• Preference will be given to candidates with prior research experience, proficiency in legal software, and skills in organizing academic events.
Duration:
• The positions are contractual for one year, with the possibility of extension up to three years based on satisfactory performance.
Salary:
• Consolidated monthly emolument of ₹40,000.
• Cumulative Professional Development Allowance (CPDA) of ₹75,000 per annum for conference participation in India and abroad.

• Assist the IPR Chair in research activities.
• Develop academic modules related to IPR.
• Organize intellectual property-related events.
