About the role

We are seeking a Legal Secretary to join our growing Tax & Revenue team in our Adelaide office.

Working alongside an experienced Legal Secretary, this varied role will see you building great relationships with the legal teams you’re supporting and providing broad administrative support, such as:



preparing documents
billing
managing the team’s diary, emails and travel
liaising with clients
supporting other Legal Secretaries (both in Sydney and Adelaide) when required and mentoring Administrative Assistants


About you

To be successful in this role, you will be an experienced legal administrative professional with:



an exceptional work ethic
initiative, flexibility and a positive attitude
high attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
superior communication skills
a team work attitude, willing to support other teams and secretaries when required
familiarity with Microsoft office suite and legal practice software, including NetDocs and Affinity (helpful, not essential)
