3 Years Legal Assistant/Secretary Experience Needed
This is an ideal role for an individual with a strong legal background, excellent organizational skills, and a commitment to delivering exceptional support to our legal team and clients
The successful candidate must meet the following qualifications
A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Legal Secretary or a similar role in the legal industry
Proficiency in legal research and case management tools
Excellent knowledge of legal terminologies, regulations, court procedures, and the legal system
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with a keen attention to detail
Strong interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients and colleagues
High level of professionalism and discretion, with the ability to handle confidential information sensitively and responsibly
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines, while maintaining a high standard of work
Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and legal software
Paralegal certification or a degree in law, or a related field, would be an added advantage

Responsibilities
As a Legal Secretary, your key responsibilities will include
Conducting comprehensive legal research and case analysis to support attorneys in case preparation

Drafting and proofreading legal documents, correspondence, and reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with applicable legal formats and regulations

Coordinating and scheduling meetings, depositions, hearings, and other appointments for attorneys
