The Opportunity
In this pivotal role, you will provide crucial L2/L3 support across HRIS, Benefits, Compensation, and Payroll modules, ensuring smooth operations and high client satisfaction. As a Manager, you will lead teams in the management of incidents and service requests while championing continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery. Responsibilities
• Supervise L2/L3 support for HRIS, Benefits, Compensation, and Payroll.
• Lead teams in the management of service requests and incident resolution.
• Drive initiatives focused on enhancing service delivery.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to improve operational efficiency.
• Mentor team members to foster their technical and professional growth.
• Implement automation solutions to streamline processes.
• Ensure high standards of client satisfaction and service quality.
• Analyze operational metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
What You Must Have
• Bachelor's Degree.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience.
What Sets You Apart
• Master's Degree in Business Analytics, Accounting, Computer Engineering, Engineering, Analytics or similar field.
• Leadership experience in HRIS and payroll support.
• Managing incidents and service requests in accordance with SLAs.
• Executing and validating complete payroll cycles.
• Supporting benefits administration and handling compensation changes.
• Performing system configurations and data adjustments.
• Troubleshooting HR-Payroll-Finance integrations.
• Maintaining data accuracy and compliance with regulations.
• Driving continuous improvement and automation initiatives.
The salary range for this position is: $99,000 - $232,000. Compensation will be determined based on the individual’s skills, experience, qualifications, and location, in compliance with employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, and PwC offers a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401k, holiday pay, vacation, personal and family sick leave, and more.
