• We seek a Legal Specialist to serve as a consultant for a client in the legal and regulatory space.
• The Legal Specialist will support standardization activities across multiple siloed legal processes in different countries.
Key Responsibilities:
• Work with Business Analysts and Legal Experts to analyze individual countries' primary source workflow, data, and files.
• Create consolidated and standardized processes and data based on individual countries' processes.
• Produce deliverables for standardized processes, including process documentation and spreadsheets containing standardized data elements.
Requirements:
• Legal Expertise in Primary Sources of Law in the European Region.
• Excellent Communication and Presentation Skills.
• Bilingual preferred (EU languages/German/Dutch), English required.
• Experience in Legal Business Process Consulting required.
