Role DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Legal professional to join our team in Mumbai. This role is crucial for managing and overseeing court cases, representing Arisinfra during cross-examinations, and ensuring seamless legal operations. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a legal assistant or managerial role and possess a strong background in handling court cases and legal procedures.LocationVidhya Vihar, Mumbai (The job requires working six days a week, with the 2nd and 4th Saturdays being holidays.)Key ResponsibilitiesCourt Case Management:Oversee and manage all aspects of court cases from inception to resolution.Coordinate with legal teams to prepare case strategies, documentation, and evidence.Ensure timely filing and submission of legal documents and reports.Representation and Advocacy:Represent Arisinfra during cross-examinations, hearings, and other court proceedings.Act as a liaison between the company, clients, and legal entities, ensuring clear communication and effective case management.Legal Documentation:Draft and review legal documents, including briefs, motions, and affidavits.Maintain accurate records of case progress, outcomes, and legal correspondences.Team Coordination:Collaborate with internal legal team and external counsel to strategize and execute case plans.Provide guidance and support to junior legal staff and assistants.Compliance and Reporting:Ensure compliance with all legal regulations and organizational policies.Prepare and present regular reports on case status and legal performance metrics to senior management.QualificationsExperience: Minimum of 3+ years in a legal assistant or managerial role with a strong background in handling court cases and legal procedures.Education: Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) or a related field. Additional qualifications or certifications in legal management are a plus.
