Responsibilities
Updates and maintains records of assigned cases.
Reviews materials for organization, clarity, consistency, and timeliness to meet regulatory deadlines and legal requirements, and maintains calendar to ensure actionable deadlines are met.
Processes discovery/data requests, manage approval process, troubleshoot common issues, and escalate appropriately.
Serves documents, notices, agendas, communications, and other relevant proceeding information to identified parties.
Creates and maintains various detailed records for tracking purposes and statistics.
Provides backup support as needed.
Assists in the preparation for evidentiary hearings, including identifying, organizing, printing, and transmitting all necessary documentation.
Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
A material job duty of all positions within the Company is ensuring the protection of all its physical, financial and cybersecurity assets, and properly accessing and managing private customer data, proprietary information, confidential medical records, and other types of highly sensitive information and data with the highest standards of conduct and integrity.
Minimum Qualifications
Experience in an analytical role providing legal administrative support.
Experience with Microsoft Office Suites.
Experience working with confidential and large data.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with regulatory matters, law, or utility operations.
Strong Excel and Word knowledge (formulas, pivot tables, formatting, etc.).
Experience with large document management.
Strong customer service experience and the ability to handle multiple levels of an organization.
Associate degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
Ability to take the initiative and utilize good judgement in anticipating and solving problems and providing solutions.
Must have strong oral and written communication skills, and be customer focused, to understand and appropriately respond to project manager’s and clients’ business needs and interface effectively and/or collaborate with others as well as work independently.

Additional Information

This position’s work mode is hybrid. The employee will report to an SCE facility for a set number of days with the option to work remotely on the remaining days. Unless otherwise noted, employees are required to work and reside in the state of California. Further details of this work mode will be discussed at the interview stage. The work mode can be changed based on business needs.
