Job Description
Our customer, a multinational professional services company is looking for a Legal Support Specialist for a 6 months contract role.
The role would support the US team, hence the candidates need to be comfortable working night shifts.
Location : Remote, India US hours preferred.
Duration : 6-months with a possibility of extension
Responsibilities :
• Provide overall support to the Americas Litigation team.
• Personnel Subpoenas management
• Commercial Subpoenas management
• OC billing support (T360 Requests / Outside Counsel Demand Management Tool)
• Legal Mailing - Mailbox management / POC for legal documents from US Workplace Mailrooms.
• Legal RFP - Litigation Mailbox management
• WBS Requests
• WestLaw Docket search and alerts
• Support client-related issues to locate the right people on the business side, contracts, invoices, etc.
• Support Employment counsels with the execution of settlement agreements via DocuSign
• E-Discovery support
