Job Description
The Legislative Advisor plays a crucial role in supporting the management of the Victorian Building Authority's (VBA) functions under the Building and Construction Industry Security of Payment Act 2002.
Key Responsibilities
Providing legislative advice, including the formulation of recommendations, action plans, and responses.
Data compilation, reporting, and analysis, as well as expert use of data collation and analytical tools, including Microsoft Excel.
Researching and identifying trends, developing systems and processes, and interventions and solutions.
Communicating information clearly and confidently through verbal and written communication skills.
