Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities :-
Studies and validation of investment proposals for new products launch, development of new products, new capex investment, make or buy decisions, choice of supplier.
• Product costing with element wise cost analysis. (Knowledge of BOM based costing, Familiar with Machine and Labour hour rate)
• Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen industrial internal controls
• Variance analysis in production cost (Price,usage,productivity,activity,nonquality),operating costs
• Inventory Valuation and Reconciliation.
• Monthly Reporting Activities.
• Support month-end and year-end close process
• Preparing and publishing timely monthly KPIs to Management
• Analysis and Presenting of Plant MIS.
• Asset Register and Depreciation Analysis.
• Cost centre wise Expenses & analysis with previous year and budget.
• Budget Preparation & Forecasting Activities.
• Preparation of Various Cost Audit Schedules and Annexures.
• Providing necessary information and attending to the various requirements of Statutory Auditors
• Continuous follow up of inventory, formulate procedure for inventory physical counts and identify stock variances, follow up actions for salvaging old /obsolete inventory.
• Preparation of Statutory audit related schedules pertain to Industrial and attain auditors
Qualification:- ICWA Qualified
