Lemon Law Attorney Job Title: Litigation Attorney
Requirements: California Lemon Law, MUST be barred in CA
Location: REMOTE
Salary: $130,000-200,000
Position Overview
CyberCoders is working with a prominent Los Angeles Lemon Law Firm seeking a fully remote Litigation Attorney for immediate direct hire. This candidate will be responsible for representing clients in cases involving defective vehicles and advocating for their rights under California Lemon Law. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience working at a prominent lemon law firm. Trial experience is a major plus.
Key Responsibilities
Conducting legal research on Lemon Law cases and staying up-to-date with relevant laws and regulations.
Developing and executing litigation strategies to achieve favorable outcomes for clients.
Preparing legal documents including complaints, motions, and discovery requests.
Conducting depositions and taking witness statements.
Representing clients in court and negotiating settlements with opposing counsel.
Qualifications
Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
Active license to practice law in California and in good standing with the state bar.
Experience in Lemon Law and litigation strategy.
Experience with depositions, witness statements, and court representation.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop and implement effective legal strategies.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex legal concepts to clients and court personnel.
Nice to have: Trial experience.
