Roles & Responsibilities

Should be able to read the legal documents and collect the required documents for statutory approvals.

Responsible for establishing and maintaining liaison with the property manager, physical security staff, maintenance personnel, housekeeping services staff and custodial services.

Any Graduation

Experience 3 to 5 years preferably from construction industry

Work location - Chennai (Adyar)

Salary - 4.80 LPA Max
