We are seeking an experienced Licensed Architect with a strong background in architecture and a proven ability to drive business development
The ideal candidate will be local to Sioux Falls or the surrounding area, with established relationships and a strong reputation in the architectural, construction, and design industries

Licensed Architect with a minimum of 10 years of experience in architecture, design, or construction
Proven track record in business development, project procurement, or client relations
Established reputation and strong connections within the Sioux Falls or surrounding area’s architecture, construction, or design industries
Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in architectural projects (portfolio submission required)
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport quickly
Strategic thinker who can balance technical design acumen with business growth strategies
Proficient in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit) and business tools (CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite)
Strong professional presence with the ability and confidence to professionally present to large groups, specifically architects and project teams
Display a high level of critical thinking to identify needs, requirements, and concerns, to communicate solution-based answers to complex questions
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Must have a clean driving record
Motivated by teamwork, being self-aware, and possessing a positive outlook
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
Ability to travel to client meetings, project sites, and industry events as required
Frequent use of standard office equipment, including telephones, computers, and presentation tools
Visual and auditory acuity to perform essential job functions, including reading documents, using a computer, and engaging in conversations in various environments
