Responsibilities
Engage with potential clients through outside sales efforts, including community outreach, networking events, and telemarketing campaigns to generate new leads and expand the client base.
Conduct thorough analysis of clients’ financial situations to recommend suitable life insurance products that meet their needs and budget.
Negotiate policy terms and premiums with clients, ensuring clarity and mutual agreement while maintaining compliance with industry regulations.
Manage sales administration tasks such as processing applications, updating client records, and tracking follow-ups to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Utilize marketing strategies to promote insurance products effectively across various channels, including multilingual outreach when applicable.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries promptly and guiding them through policy options with clear communication skills.
Qualifications
Proven experience in outside sales, retail sales, or insurance sales with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
Excellent negotiation skills coupled with analysis skills to evaluate client needs accurately.
Strong communication skills in multiple languages (bilingual/multilingual abilities are highly desirable) to connect with diverse customer groups.
Experience in sales administration, benefits administration, or marketing is preferred to support effective client engagement.
Familiarity with telemarketing techniques and customer service principles to foster trust and loyalty.
Ability to analyze complex information quickly and clearly communicate insurance options tailored to individual clients’ circumstances.
LLQP License required.
