Kilpatrick Townsend is seeking a patent prosecution associate in the Life Sciences. Ideal candidate would be barred in CA, CO, DC, GA, NC, or WA and reside in state for which they are barred.
Open to in-office, remote, or hybrid work schedule. Applicant should have strong writing skills and at least 2+ years’ of relevant experience in Life Sciences patent prosecution, preferably in a law firm.
The Applicant should have an advanced degree or commensurate experience; expertise in molecular biology is an asset. Expected salary range is $215,000-$270,000.
