Life Sciences Sr Staffing Business Development Manager
A Sr Life Sciences Staffing Business Development Manager is needed for a full-time, staff opportunity for a REMOTE opportunity to support the North West Coast or East Coast with Yoh. The Sr Life Sciences Staffing Business Development Manager is primarily responsible for developing new business and acquiring new accounts through researching prospects and building relationships with their key decision-makers.
What You'll Be Doing:
The Sr Life Sciences Staffing Business Development Manager sells, researches and develops new account opportunities through their understanding of the current needs of the local market including future projects and growth projections, by utilizing tactical selling techniques. The Life Sciences Staffing Business Development Manager establishes relationships with new account prospects to succeed with acquiring their business, achieves and exceeds all key performance metrics.
Maintains client relationships and identifies growth opportunities within current clients by thoroughly understanding the needs of the business through active communication with the client.
Leading & Managing Recruiters - manages / collaborates with recruiters on recruiting techniques, key performance metrics, and tactics to fulfill client requisitions. Serves as the point of contact for recruiters with regards to client requisitions and informs them of the client needs.
Documentation such as recording all sales activity in CRM.

A strong understanding of the local/regional business environment
Excellent Customer Service and communication (both oral and written) skills
Excellent tactical skills, cold-calling capabilities, and a strong sales acumen
Strong relationship building skills particularly with key-decision-makers and C-level executives
Experience with Microsoft Office and SharePoint
What You Need to Bring to the Table:
Bachelor's preferred or equivalent experience
A proven track record of sales or full-desk experience
Five to eight years of experience in business development specific to life sciences, lab support, R&D, diagnostics, genetics, and bio-manufacturing workforce solutions
Located in northern California, Oregon, Washington, Boston, Cambridge, NY City Tri-State, CT, or RTP area
In compliance with this stateâs pay transparency laws, the wage range for this role is $76,640 - $114,960. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location. (The specific programs and options available to an employee may vary depending on date of hire, schedule type, and the applicability of collective bargaining agreements).
