Job Summary
Assisting the Executive Chef and Head Chef in the overall operations of the
kitchen including;
Prepare and plate salads, desserts, and fry station items according to recipe and presentation standards
Maintain cleanliness, organization, and sanitation of assigned stations
Ensure consistent food quality and timely service during peak periods
Assist with prep work, restocking, and daily station setup
Follow all food safety, sanitation, and kitchen procedures
Qualifications:
Minimum 1 year of progressive kitchen or line cook experience
Strong work ethic with willingness to learn and grow
Good organizational and teamwork skills
Valid Food Safe certification or provincial equivalent
Ability to manage with a high level of attention to detail
Pay: $17.00-$20.00 per hour
