Team Global Express NZ delivers freight forwarding, end-to-end transport services, and comprehensive logistics solutions to customers operating in New Zealand from Kaitaia to Invercargill.

We’re on the hunt for a Class 5 Linehaul Driver to join our Wellington branch to assist with collections and deliveries with one of our key customers.

Shift: Monday – Friday, 7pm start with minimum 10 hours .

Important to note: You must be available to work Public Holidays if required and be flexible with weekend coverage if there are ferry disruptions to routes.

About the role - Mō te tūranga

This role will be responsible to assist with the timely safe handling of freight for the company to achieve their target delivery goals. Holding your Class 5 license with D&G and F endorsements are crucial to being able to fulfil this role successfully.

What you'll do:

Load and unload freight safely by hand, or with forklift when required.
Ensure freight is handled without damage.
Scan all freight. If you touch it, scan it.
Deliver and pickup on time and in full.
Actively participate in all safety processes and procedures
Always operate your vehicle in a safe and legal manner.
Take pride in your vehicle by always keeping it clean and tidy - inside and out.

Dangerous Good Endorsement – must have
Forklift License with OSH cert – must have
Customer-focused attitude
