Job Description:
• Having experience in Physical Data Center environment.
• Linux OS (RHEL & Oracle Linux) Installation and configuration on Physical Servers & VMs.
• OS patching of Linux Servers through Yum utility.
• Server hardening of Linux Servers.
• File System management.
• Experience in SAN Storage, Linux NFS share.
• Installation & configuration of Infra clients like Backup, Antivirus, Monitoring VA etc.
• Vulnerabilities / PT points remediation.
• Troubleshooting skills of Linux Servers.
• Build new Linux Physical Servers / VMs.
• Follow-up with OEM (Red Hat Support, Oracle Support, HPE, Dell) for any OS related / Hardware related issues.
• Configure Network bonding, add / delete routes.
• Server health check, housekeeping of Linux Servers and analyze of OS logs.
