Job Description
• Serve as the LEA ARI Contact, analyzing data and leading professional development.
• Provide ongoing support for school-based reading specialists.
• Collaborate with district administrators to create strategic plans for coaching.
• Plan with district staff, state staff, and schools to analyze, provide feedback, and implement district and school reading/literacy plans.
Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
This position requires a current Alabama Teacher's Certification, a minimum of a Master's Degree, and a minimum of five years of experience as a successful early childhood/elementary teacher. Special expertise in quality reading instruction and intervention, multisensory language instruction, dyslexia specific intervention, and data analysis is also required.
