Designation: Associate
Educational Background: Bachelor or Master of Law [preferably in Intellectual Property laws]
Litigation Experience: 1-3 Years
Compensation: Based on prior relevant experience and performance in the Interview/Test
Key Skills required:
- Sound legal knowledge
- Experience in providing legal advice to clients
- Experience in handling IP matters (particularly trademark and copyright matters) before
court
- Good and consistent academic record
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong research and analytical skills
- Good in working in a team and coordinating with team members for optimal work product
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.)
- Well versed with English & Hindi languages
- Willingness to work in flexible schedule and undertake travelling
- Willingness and ability to work under pressure and meet short timelines
Profile Description:
- Litigation including drafting and appearing before courts - pan India - particularly in Delhi
- Advisory and opinion work, including legal research, infringement analysis, etc
- Drafting and vetting agreements
- Coordination with colleagues across K&S Offices, and also with local associates in relation
to matters outside of Delhi

• Salary: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
