This is a fantastic opportunity for a junior attorney looking to gain valuable litigation experience while collaborating with seasoned attorneys on a diverse and engaging caseload.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist with all phases of litigation, including case evaluation, discovery, motion practice, and trial preparation.
• Draft pleadings, motions, and legal memoranda.
• Support and actively participate in depositions, court appearances, and mediations.
• Communicate effectively with clients, insurance carriers, and opposing counsel.
• Contribute to case strategy and manage day-to-day case activities.
Qualifications:
• 0-3+ years of litigation experience; exposure to insurance defense or employment law is a plus but not required.
• Strong legal writing, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Active California Bar admission required (or pending for recent graduates).
