Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Litigation Associate with Landlord Tenant and Premises Liability Experience at Lewis Brisbois in Atlanta, GA, with flexibility for some remote work. The Litigation Associate will be responsible for handling motions, conducting research, preparing for depositions, and representing clients in court proceedings.
Qualifications
• Legal research and writing skills
• Experience with motions practice and court proceedings
• Deposition preparation and representation skills
• Familiarity with landlord-tenant and premises liability law
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with a team
• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree and active bar license in the relevant state
