Education: Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an ABA-accredited institution; specialization in corporate law or a related field, with a strong interest in civil litigation
Licensing: Licensed to practice law in California
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of litigation experience, with proven case analysis and settlement skills
Knowledge: Familiarity with business and real estate litigation matters
Skills: Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and internet research
Technical Abilities: Competent in using basic office equipment (copy machine, printer, scanner, computer)
Communication: Excellent oral and written communication skills, with attention to grammar, spelling, and punctuation
Organization: Strong organizational skills with an ability to multitask and manage time effectively
Flexibility: Adaptable and able to respond quickly to urgent matters
Interpersonal Skills: Capable of working well with individuals from diverse backgrounds and maintaining patience
