Responsibilities
Handling all aspects of litigation, from initiation through trial and appeal
Representing clients in court and making regular court appearances
Conducting comprehensive legal research to support case strategies and to stay updated on current laws and regulations
Drafting, reviewing, and responding to discovery requests and other legal documents
Managing cases, including investigating claims, evaluating damages, and negotiating settlements
Collaborating with paralegals, legal assistants, and other team members to ensure the efficient and effective management of cases
Providing exceptional client service, including maintaining regular communication and providing updates on case progress
