JD + Admitted in Connecticut, in good standing
3+ years of Litigation Experience
Civil Litigation experience in one or more of the following areas appeals, business, corporate, commercial, contract, construction, insurance defense, employment, estate planning and probate,landlord/tenant, unfair competition, and trade secrets
Strong experience in handling litigation from start to finish, including Pleadings, discovery, depositions, arguing motions, mediations and trial
