Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced "Litigation Executive" to join our legal team. As a litigation executive, you will be responsible for managing a caseload of litigated and pre-litigated files, providing high-quality legal advice, and representing clients in court proceedings. This role requires excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as a strong understanding of litigation procedures.
Key Responsibilities
Managing a caseload of litigated and pre-litigated files.
Drafting legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs.
Conducting legal research and analysis.
Providing legal advice to clients.
Representing clients in court proceedings.
Collaborating with other members of the legal team.
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case files and records.
Keeping up-to-date with changes in legislation and case law.
