We are looking for an expert Litigation executive, having minimum 1 year of experience:
who can gather facts and information relevant to cases
Researching laws, statutes, regulations, and case law to prepare for trial or other court proceedings
Drafting legal documents such as complaints, motions, briefs, and pleadings in accordance with applicable rules of procedure or evidence
Drafting settlement agreements based on input from clients and other attorneys
Preparing legal documents for filing with courts or administrative agencies
Drafting motions for summary judgment or other post-trial motions to dismiss a case
Reviewing documents for legal sufficiency and helping draft responses to discovery requests from opposing counsel.
Preparing for and participating in depositions, settlement conferences, and other court proceedings
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
