$140,000 - $175,000 per year + performance bonuses
About the Job
We are seeking motivated attorneys to join our esteemed First Party Insurance/Property Damage Litigation group. As a Litigation Associate, you will collaborate with senior attorneys to represent clients in complex insurance coverage disputes.
Responsibilities
Conduct in-depth legal research and craft strategic arguments in high-stakes cases
Draft legal documents and motions, attend depositions, argue motions, and manage client communications
Represent clients in court hearings, trials, and other legal proceedings
Drive settlement negotiations and effectively manage multiple cases
Requirements
6-10+ years in insurance coverage and/or general liability litigation
Strong legal research, writing, and courtroom skills
JD from an accredited law school, admitted to the New York Bar or New Jersey Bar (PA admission a plus)
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of working both independently and in a team
