About the Role: As a Litigation Lawyer at BIZ & LEGIS, you will be involved in a variety of challenging and rewarding tasks, including: Handling corporate, commercial, and writ litigation matters. Conducting legal research and analysis. Drafting pleadings, motions, and other legal documents. Representing clients in court proceedings. Advising clients on legal strategies. Collaborating with senior lawyers and other team members. Qualifications: 3-4 years of experience in litigation, preferably in corporate, commercial, and writ matters. Degree in Law (LLB) from a reputed law school. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong research and analytical abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
