Qualifications
This position requires an individual who is professional, proactive, organized, detail-oriented, and can manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
The candidate must have a proven track record of at least 1+ year of experience in the legal industry
A minimum of 1+ year of experience as a Litigation Paralegal, preferably in a law firm environment
Bachelor’s degree or Paralegal Certificate from an ABA-approved program
Proficient in legal research tools and litigation support software
Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Extensive knowledge of litigation procedures, court rules, and e-filing procedures
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
Demonstrated ability to maintain high standards of confidentiality
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think strategically
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)

Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-level support to our litigation attorneys and will have a significant role in managing our complex litigation matters
Assist in all phases of the litigation process, from initial discovery through trial preparation
Conduct legal research and factual investigation
Draft, review, and manage a variety of legal documents including pleadings, discovery requests, and responses
Organize and maintain case files, manage case calendars, track deadlines, and coordinate case progress
Prepare and organize exhibits and evidence for depositions and trials
Coordinate with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel
Assist attorneys in deposition preparation and trial strategy
Utilize various legal software and technology for litigation support and case management
Maintain confidentiality of client information in accordance with professional ethics
