Job Description
Responsibilities
• Assist with trial preparation, including coordinating witnesses, creating trial binders, and organizing exhibits.
• Assist attorneys in preparing for trials, hearings, depositions, and other legal proceedings.
• Draft, review, and file legal documents such as motions, pleadings, discovery requests and subpoenas.
• Gather relevant information from sources and conduct legal research.
• Perform duties such as maintaining calendars, processing billing and scheduling meetings.
Requirements And Skills
• Paralegal certificate.
• 3+ years in litigation (business and commercial litigation).
• Experience assisting in trials.
• Strong understanding of legal terminology and procedures and court rules.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Work independently and as a team in a fast paced environment.
