Qualifications
This position requires a minimum of 5+ years of experience in a similar role
A minimum of 5 years of experience as a litigation paralegal, with a strong emphasis on document management
Bachelor's degree in Paralegal Studies or related field
Proficiency in using legal software for case management, document management, and legal research
Demonstrated experience in drafting discovery requests and responses
Strong understanding of the litigation process, legal terminology, and court system
Excellent organizational skills, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to manage large volumes of documents and information
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and maintain a high level of professional integrity
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Adobe Acrobat
Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make decisions under tight deadlines
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Responsibilities
You are a strong litigation paralegal who will manage case files and will assist in producing documents for discovery and trial
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of large scale, complex litigation matters, and coordinating the collection, management, and production of documents
The candidate will also be responsible for drafting discovery requests and responses, case preparation, and providing legal assistance
Manage all aspects of document production and document review for various litigation matters
Draft, review, and manage discovery requests and responses
Organize and maintain case files using case management software
Assist attorneys in preparation for hearings, depositions, mediations, and trials
Conduct legal research and document findings
Coordinate with clients, opposing counsel, and other parties to ensure smooth document exchange and compliance with discovery deadlines
Assist with the preparation of pleadings, legal correspondence, and other documents
Provide legal assistance and support to the legal team as needed
Maintain strict confidentiality of all client information, firm documents, and legal matters handled by the firm
Perform other related duties as assigned

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Permanent Litigation Paralegal - Document Management to join our dynamic legal team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of large scale, complex litigation matters, and coordinating the collection, management, and production of documents. The candidate will also be responsible for drafting discovery requests and responses, case preparation, and providing legal assistance. This position requires a minimum of 5+ years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities
• Manage all aspects of document production and document review for various litigation matters.
• Draft, review, and manage discovery requests and responses.
• Organize and maintain case files using case management software.
• Assist attorneys in preparation for hearings, depositions, mediations, and trials.
