Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-level support to our litigation attorneys and will have a significant role in managing our complex litigation matters
Assist in all phases of the litigation process, from initial discovery through trial preparation
Conduct legal research and factual investigation
Draft, review, and manage a variety of legal documents including pleadings, discovery requests, and responses
Organize and maintain case files, manage case calendars, track deadlines, and coordinate case progress
Prepare and organize exhibits and evidence for depositions and trials
Coordinate with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel
Assist attorneys in deposition preparation and trial strategy
Utilize various legal software and technology for litigation support and case management
Maintain confidentiality of client information in accordance with professional ethics
