Job description
Our client, a large international law firm, is seeking a senior litigation secretary to join their busy team. Ideal candidate will possess 10+ years of experience as a litigation secretary within a law firm or in-house legal working environment.

Duties include:
• Prepare all legal documents such as pleadings, TOCs, TOAs,
• Calendaring all meetings, keeping a back up docket, depos, and deadlines
• Opening of new files
• Processing attorney time, expense reports, travel arrangements
• E-filing in both federal and state courts
• Experience with District court filings as well as Superior Court
• Trial experience helpful but not required

Must be proficient in MS Office, PACER, EFS, Paper filing, Excel and PowerPoint

BS/BA degree preferred but not required. High school graduate required

Firm offers full benefits, bonus structure and a hybrid working schedule. Salary up to $105k
