Job Description
Below is the JD:
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand gold loan processes, policies, and pain points.
• Document functional and non-functional requirements for LMS enhancements.
• Translate business needs into clear user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria.
• Prepare FSDs (Functional Specification Documents) and process maps.
• Should have good understanding of API’s and understanding of doing basic sanity of API’s using tools like Postman, SOAP etc.
• Ensure compliance with RBI/financial regulations for gold loans.
• Act as liaison between business teams, operations, compliance, and IT.
• Manage change requests and prioritize backlog items.
• Support SIT/UAT by preparing test cases and validating system outputs.
• Ensure LMS features meet gold loan product requirements and customer experience standards.
